March 9:       
A tribute to Johan Daniel Berlin – concert in Frimurerlogen concert hall.

March 10:     
Book launching – Arild Stubhaug´s book: DKNVS Norges første vitenskapselskap 250 år (DKNVS Norways first scientific society 250 years). Assembly hall at Katedralskolen, upper secondary school.

March 10:   
Scientific miniseminar. Æmula Lauri, a scientific booklength work in English. Collaboration, among others, by authors Brita Brenna, Magne Njåstad, Håkon With Andersen and Astrid Wale. 

March 10:      
The city, villages, and knowledge – arrangement in Suhmhuset, museum of the Middle Ages.

March 11:    
Gunnerus lectures at Studentersamfundet, student society. Collaborating
Dr. Charles Leonard Bennett and Nobel prize winner in Physics, Ivar Giaever.

March 12:    
Wreathing DKNVS founder Johan Ernst Gunnerus grave. Cemetery, Nidaros Cathedral.

March 12:    
Unveiling the monument Reflexions at the park, Museumsparken –
in honor of DKNVS’ founders.

March 12:    
Opening – Vitenskapsmuseet,  jubilee science museum exhibition.

March 12:    
Ceremonial meeting at Erkebispegården meeting hall with awards and subsequent banquet in Herresalen banquet hall.
Biography of Olav Gjærevoll by Kjell Ivar Flatberg, Professor NTNU.  Ceremonial address by Lorna Casselton, 
Foreign Secretary and Vice President of the Royal Society.

March 13:    
Opening of the jubilee exhibition at Trondheim Kunstmuseum, art museum – Håkon Bleken. New paintings and charcoal drawings from his breakthrough in the 1970s.

March 13:   
Jubilee gala performance in Olavshallen concert hall with, among others, Trondheim Symphony Orchestra, Arve Tellefsen, Liv Ullmann, Håkon Bleken, and with Gry Molvær as compère and moderator.

March 14:   
Ceremonial service in Nidaros Cathedral. 

March 14:     
Opening of the jubilee exhibition i Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum, museum and gallery –Trondheim 1760 – city´s golden age.

March 15-18:     
International jubilee conference I:
Sustainable Conservation: Bridging the gap between disciplines

Climate Change and Security 

2009- 2010     
Arranged project for students from the secondary schools in South- og North-Trøndelag, – in collaboration with NTNU`s science museum, Vitenskapsmuseum
